Our main trainer Vulture focuses on affordable service dog training. At Helping Hounds we specialize in providing quality dog training services that help owners bond with and better understand their beloved canine companions. Vulture has been working with dogs for over 10 years. A couple years ago he decided to make his passion into a business he could share with others. We love seeing a clients face light up in the moment that their dog finally understands what they're asking them and communication clicks into place. We have a passion for helping owners and their dogs come to a mutual agreement. Working with you to find what works best for your dog and budget is our number one goal. We strive to leave each session with a happy family.
Services
Basic Training
Our basic training program will teach you and your pup the fundamentals of obedience and good behavior. This program is designed to help you create a strong foundation for further training. We offer group puppy classes, online one on one classes, and in person one on one classes! If you need help socializing your puppy to the world we have that too!
Advanced Training
Our advanced training program will teach you and your pup more complex commands and skills. This program is designed to help you and your pup reach your goals. We offer behavior modification and advanced commands. Classes are one on one and consultation is free. You can do your classes in person or virtually!
Service Dog Training
Task training service dogs to help their disabled owners get through their day to day lives. This includes getting these dogs public access ready, task training, desensitization, socialization, and consultation for potential prospect dogs. Consultations are free and we offer virtual class for those who aren't able to reach our location! Service dog training is a sliding scale service priced for each individual client!
Group puppy classes.
Group puppy classes come in a pack of 4 sessions for $100. We work on obedience, leash waking, and socialization in these classes! If you're interested in our spring course that begins in April 2024 please contact us now to get on the group list.
